DOPE

The Strength program is a workout style that accommodates anyone whether you’re looking to get stronger, perform better, burn calories, or just get a damn good sweat. The build and burn style of training accommodates anyone’s schedule whether you can only pop in for a class here and there or you love to crosstrain with kickboxing. All classes are beginner friendly and for all levels of fitness. Get stoked, this class is DOPE.

BUILD

BUILD days carry a little more focus on getting stronger and is great for grabbing heavier weights and pushing, if you like. Lifting heavier is NEVER mandatory and our trainers are excited to accommodate everyone’s fitness goals.

BURN

BURN days focus on higher intensity with more conditioning built in. Still want to lift heavy? Let’s do it. Feel more comfortable in a lighter weight range? Beautiful, we’re on it. Both classes are built to burn calories, be fun as hell, and provide a safe environment for you to learn to lift!
